| The crowds are always happy at the Abita Mystery House Museum. This is a whimsical animated scene: the flying saucer (top left) spins, the French Quarter balcony on the right rocks back and forth, the jester's head nods, the float riders dance, the ladder tilts, the traffic light sways, and the crowd jumps for beads - all to the tune of a peppy Mardi Gras song. The characters in the crowd are about five inches tall. Artist, John Preble, used a variety of recyclable materials, lights, and motors to create this masterpiece. |
